T6 kombi into camper

Hi all, I’ve recently purchased a 2019 T6 startline Swb with the intention to convert into a camper. It currently has the Kombi 2-1 seats and rubber flooring which I don’t intend to use.

I’m looking to replace the front and rear exterior lights with LEDs + front and rear bumper for the colour coded sportline ones.

I’ve got 2 questions:

1. Is the any value in the bits I’m removing
2. Is it worth buying a new front and rear bumper bundle, or is it worth waiting for a 2nd hand one on marketplace.

The kombi seats, belts, floor, and fixings, will always sell, plenty of panel vans get converted to Kombis.
