You don't need Photoshop.
You just force members to sell their loved wheels until you have one of every design.

You want to ask @Generaljake nicely as the photoshop whizz, i’m sure he’d oblige as he has taken great pride in showing us our vans with badgeless grills.

I don't have photoshop anymore but paint.net is similar although very much watered down but free
