T6 Clutch Master Cylinder

Hi,

I am looking to get hold of a original VW clutch master cyljinder part no. 7E0721401F but they seem to be as rare as hens teeth at the moment with everyone saying they are on back order until sometime in Dec.

Does anyone know who the OE manufacturer of this part is? Just wondering if I can get the OE version thats not branded as VW.

As per other threads none available anywhere, as stated elsewhere I am looking to complain as high up as possible and to likes of Motoring Ombudsman to see what helps
Currently have a £20k drive ornament!!!

It’s insane, I’m in same position. VW van just sat redundant for 2 months now. How can this be in today’s world. I’ve tried all non VW branded parts suppliers. When ever the OEM part number aligns, guess what out of stock. Had to drive to Alps in bloody EV last week, never again! It took sooooo long. More trips planned but totally scuppered. Anyone got any ideas?

VW have responded and are blaming TPS - so basically do not give a flying wotsit once they have sold you a van.!!!!

I found a second hand one at Transporter Heaven near Evesham, they will post if too far for you to collect

I had put one on back order from vwvanpartsdirect.co.uk, took just over three weeks but received the part today
Just got to fit it now!

Thanks again for the lead. I’ve ordered the part earlier. They confirmed there is now some stock and should be with me in 3 working days. I presume a flurry of stock has arrived this week hence some movement

Fitted mine, but it would appear it's the slave, so it's off to the specialist
