Hello all,
I am having a problem getting the offside headrest to latch up on the Cali sliding seat in our 2019 camper, we have had the seats
leathered but that was a year ago and both sides have worked fine, a bit stiff but OK.
Someone the borrowed the van the other week and the headrest now doesn't latch up. I suspect that maybe the seat was folded
down with out the headrest being fully retracted the headrest hit the floor, there is a
scuff on the headrest that suggests this could be the case. I wondered if this could have bent the hinge bar??
I cant see any obvious misalignment and the mechanism moves ok, does anyone have any advise on a fix of what might need replacing?
Our conversion company and most of the others are flat out till after the summer so cant really help, I guess VW van center would be
a last resort.
