T6.1 weird engine problem help required! Plus other problems!

Hi Guys...........sorry for the long first post!
I have a 2020 T6.1 110bhp 80k miles (mapped if that makes any difference). Love the van and how it looks.
Anyway have not owned it for long and to say it has been problematic is an understatement! Generally has the engine light and coil light on, also often says oil is overfull so I am guessing it maybe needs a DPF clean and hopefully that will sort that? Maybe also it would be a good idea to have the map removed? Any recommendations around Wiltshire that could do that?
Also the heater does not get hot, I can see the plastic arm moving and is not broken, however the temp only goes from mild to tepid, I did have the rads replaced as they were leaking any other ideas why the heat would only get to tepid
Finally to the worst problem.........the engine cut out when I was waiting at some traffic lights almost like I had stalled it (I had not) then refused to start and would not even crank over. In the end I had to call out the AA and got it towed to a garage as he could also not understand why it would not crank over. All lights on the dash but just no starter motor. So the garage had a look and thought it may be the BCM but are not convinced (£1100 to replace and code that) that it will fix it so could be money down the drain! They could not do the do the work for 6 weeks so I have now had the van recovered to my house. I haven't had time to do anything else about it since, then yesterday I wanted something from it and just decided to try and start it and to my shock and turned over and started as normal. So what the hell is/was wrong with it and where do I go from here? Obviously I don't want to drive it anywhere until I get to the bottom of the problem. Only active faults via obd is Particulate filter and system voltage low (which could be related to being sat for a while)?
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

1st things 1st. Get the Battery charged up, or relaced if it's getting old. Low voltage will always cause issues and faults. Not going to fix everything, but need to start somewhere.

Thanks for the reply battery charged now and showing 14v when running. Any other suggestions anyone?

I would suggest posting a scan of the vehicle faults on here, if possible, which may be read by others more clued up than I am.
