I am trying to run a USB-C socket from the firebox under the passenger seat where the leisure battery relay is. I’ve got 4 terminals types and none fit.
Second question, what is blue connector on the seat wiring loom for. I know have caravelle seats but nothing obvious for this connector.
The fusebox takes the standard pincer type crimps
The smaller ones are often referred to as JPT or junior power timer and are used for mini blade fuses

Good shout but I think I can rule those out.
The black plug is obvious where to connect and is also the same on the same as the drivers side. My assumption is that this is the occupancy sensor.
The blue plug is passenger side only.
Heated seats weren’t fitted from factory and I have just added wiring loom for those as I have caravelle seats with heating setup already,
I think only the passenger seat has an occupancy sensor, so it can "arm" the airbags on that side. It would expect there will always be someone in the drivers seat. The only other sensor (on both sides) is the seat belt latched sensor.

Here’s the wiring diagram for the seatbelt connectors.
The pressure pad has a normally open switch. The seatbelt has a normally closed connector.
With no-one sat on the seat, the signal gets as far as the pressure switch which is OPEN and no signal gets to earth.
When someone is sat on the seat with their seatbelt on, the signal from the control module passes through through the pressure pad (now CLOSED) and gets as far as the seatbelt which due to being plugged in, (now OPEN.)
Therefore no signal gets to earth.
When the connectors are unplugged, no signal can pass through them so...
