T5.1 Water Leak

Hi guys, long time lurker, first time poster.

I recently bought a T5.1 2012 Highline 140 that partially converted. Just came home from our first outing and when I parked on the drive (slight incline, front wheels lower than rear) I noticed a concerning amount of liquid running from the bottom of the front passenger side of the van. Seems to be coming from the little spigot in the picture and when I felt it, it seems like very cold water, which leads me to believe it’s probably off the A/C, however I’m not convinced it should be draining from here?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's most likely condensate yeah. It's normal for A/C to purge underneath. I think everyone at some point or another gets worried briefly. The drain gland is doing it's job from what I can see. I'd ignore it. All the cars I have had drip water from aircon use. I never chased to the source though - I think I probably would have done the same with the van hehe

Show us the rest of it then!!!

Haha, thanks Badjamin. I’ve only ever known it to drip from the exhaust so was a bit worried! I’ve never had a vehicle this old, or with this mileage, so I think I’m a bit paranoid!

To my absolute shame, these are the only photos I have and the van is filthy 🤦🏼‍♂️
