Standard drivers seat base

I know I'm probably doing the opposite of pretty much everyone else but I'm looking to swap out my drivers side swivel seat with a standard seat.

The problem is it's too high and my head hits off the roof. I've bought my new seat that allows the height to be adjusted but it came without a base so I need one.

Has anyone got one for sale? Also does anyone know if T5 bases will fit?

Any help of info much appreciated.

From the experience of self-building campers I believe the T5 & T6 seat bases are interchangeable although the part numbers differ. Certainly it is possible to swap after market seat swivels (T5 to T6) so the seat to base fitment must be the same and the floor to seat base bolts look to be identically placed.

How big are you?!

I'm 6ft4 on factory swivels and although I sit a tad higher than I'd like to I don't find it a problem.

T5 bases fit the t6, I done exactly this on the weekend just past

I'm sure you can just unbolt the height adjust section off the base, this would lower the seat, I'm 6'2" with factory swivel no no height adj and no issues.
