Speaker Wattage

I am going to fit rear speaker to my T6.1 van
and only running them off the head unit (no Amp)
What wattage speakers would you recommend?

I’d be focussed less on the wattage and more on something easy to drive with high sensitivity.

I put some Audison APX 4 in the back but that was largely because where I was putting them I needed something extremely compact. They sound very good considering their size though.
