I've seen some alpine ones too, which look okay. Can't spend a lot as i'm on a budget due to a house move next week

Yeah i'm not going to the effort of running an amp pr anything, just looking for some strsight swap speakers ideally. Those come with the tweeters so I can swap them out too.
Plan may be to sell the van later in the year

did @Pewt sell his Audisons, that will give you an 8" door driver and I'm sure he had the tweets too?
On my 67 plate the magnet had rusted and come unglued jamming the voice coil gap so the speaker effectively jammed solid despite getting a signal, upon replacement the drivers one was in a similar state but hadn't been jolted/slammed as much as the passenger side... not pointing a finger here.
Good chance to stick another layer or two sound deadening in too but quite why VW put an 8" speaker hole in the T6 doors and then cheaped out by putting in pea shooter 6 1/2" drivers?
Edit two and I've got the Audisons, you'll need a sub still for skull crushing bass but for listening to Ladytron they have real presence!

Almost certain it's the speakers. I've only got mono sound. I can't hear sat nav, or hear phone calls when people call me

If he had some 8 inch, i'd have them off him if proce is right. Can't spend a lot though, got new house coming next week
@TheGrapeEscape I have a set of T6.1 OEM speakers removed from my van when new. If you want to make me an offer until you decide to upgrade?
Are they straight fit?
Honestly so stressed with the van at the minute. When I bought it, I had big plans to keep it and mod it as I go. We've been away a lot in it, just seems like every week there's something.
We're completing on a house next week and i've bot long gone self employed, so need to be careful with my spending.
If you are not keeping the van, why not try some OEM speakers to see if that sorts the problem. I'm sure people here that have upgraded will have some taking up space. If they do the job, they might be good enough to get you by until you sell the van.
Yeah true, although me being me, I always want it right, so if i'm going through the effort of taking door cards off etc i'd want aftermarket ones.
