Sound deadening, how much should we do?

Hi all, Just about to pick up our Kombi which we want to convert into a campervan. It's had nothing done to it other than ply lined, and I understand sound deadening is quite important if you want a bit of a comfortable ride. I've read loads and looked at Youtube but cant get my head around how much you're supposed to use. Some same cover as much as possible others say as little as 50% and just on th epanels only, not arches or roof and floor. So can I ask you good folk what the wisdom is on this? Thanks

There’s plenty of information on sound deadening and insulation on this Forum.
My advice would be to run the van for a few months to make sure it’s a keeper before investing time and money in a conversion.
Search Use ‘sound deadening’ and another for ‘insulation’.
