Hows things lad. My 2020 t6 has recently become slow to start. When it turns over its like battery is dead then it fires up. Does the same hot or cold. Fitted new battery and does the same thing. Alternator is working. Am i looking at wiring or new starter. She started good when i had the battery charger set to start.

How did you connect the battery charger? Could it be a bad earth between the battery and Chassis/Starter motor?

I conected it to the battery. This morning i cleaned all earth wires and when removing the battery earth from the chassis it was sparking

Checked all earths and replaced the one between the chassis and engine. Still slow to crank. Prob looking at a new starter

Although it seems like you've eliminated the faulty battery as the cause, by replacing it with a new one, does it still start better if you've got it wired up to a charger set to "start"?
Is the new battery fully charged? (they often aren't)
This time of year we often use heated seats, heated screens, headlights etc and drag a lot out of our batteries, which don't like the cold anyway.
You don't want to change your starter motor if there's nothing wrong with it!
I'd try a good boost starter (or jump leads off a known good battery onto yours) on it one cold morning if you can borrow one, if it starts perfectly you can assume the starter motor is OK.
