Sliding door rattle and Metal grinding, Help please!

Hi all, hoping someone can shed some light on this for me. For context we have a 2020 T6.1 Kombi twin slider.

The Drivers Side sliding door Door closes fine but there seems to still be a slight rattle whilst Driving that's doing my head in.
I found that the top front roller on the door was loose whilst looking for the source of a rattle on the drivers side sliding door, so I have tightened that up first off.

Then I noticed that there seems to be some metal on metal abrasion action going on, on the striker plate and the bracket on the sliding door. Anyone else seen this issue before. All four plates (Top & bottom on the A pillar and top and bottom on the door have these wear marks) see pics.

I'm wondering if this rubbing has probably happened whilst driving around with that loose top roller!

The Passenger side slider is fine with no abrasion marks on any of the striker plates or door brackets.

I think I'd like to replace all 4 plates but have no idea whet the part numbers would be, so if someone can help that'd be great.

Let me know what you think guys.
Many Thanks

Sorry to jump in on your thread but while on the subject of sliding doors is there any routine maintenance that should be performed to keep all sliding well, such as greasing or does grease just attract grit etc ? Cheers, hope you get sorted with your parts OP.

Had same issue and I have OEM spares to replace driver side sliding door off a 2019 Caravelle. Fix by tightening the guide roller above the door

Yes - I have the actual parts bought from Agnews VW dealership. I didn’t need both sets so have a spare set for sale. Unused OEM. The part numbers are 7EO-843-638-B and 7EO-843-842-A.
