I'm of the same thinking yellowhound my purchase of a pod didn't go smoothly and there delivery & then having to return it at my cost due to there faults, this is why I have not put a review up, good bit of kit though, I could of saved myself £3k if I had not rushed into things though.Looks good!
My experience with Slidepods was up and down to say the least. I haven't written a review because I just can't make my mind up as to whether it would be at all helpful to anyone.

Thankyou @jzd7tcm for posting your kind comments. It makes me extremely sad that since we started our buisness that any of our customers have had a less than perfect experience with us. We have grown incredibly quickly and at times (like any company in any industry) stumbled along the way. To date we have more 5☆ reviews than any other converter I know of on google. We are still a familly run buisness and take what we do and our customer service extremely seriously. @YellowHound had a bumpy ride with us to say the least however when we spoke you told me the measure of a buisness is how well they do under pressure to rectify the problems that they face (I really do take these words seriously Chris). I really did try my level best to rectify the problems we had regardless of cost to Slidepods and how much they inconvenienced me personally and offer good will gestutes to try to make up for the inconvenience caused to you.
I am writing this whilst on holiday with my familly which should show how much I do care about the customer service we offer.
I suppose as we have such a large customer base these days at times we will slip up however sometimes this will be inexcuseable sometimes it will be due to circumstances out of our control but we will never stop striving to better ourselves as a company in all ways possible and that hopefully is what makes us one of the good conversion companys.

We do offer leather trimming however we dont do it in house.ah, I see.. was wondering if they offered that now..
