Skyline Pop Top / Safety Net / 7 month baby / thoughts?

Been looking through previous related posts but couldn’t quite find what I’m after.
Anyways, the plan is to put our 7 month daughter in the pop top with a safety net fitted. Was hoping to go with one of these Elevating / Pop Top Roof Child Safety Net - Campervan Parts UK
Has anyone done something similar or does anyone have any other ideas, thoughts, advice?

Wouldn’t a cot on the front seats be safer? I’m Captain Dangerous and I wouldn’t consider putting a 7 month old baby in the pop top!

Is a option which we’re trying but wa s thinking the pop top with the safety net, which would stop her falling out and kinda making the pop top a giant cot, could be a good option

We put our 7 month old in a S+S front seat bunk last year and it did the job. Easy enough to get to them from our bed in the middle of the night too!

Couldn’t find a net system for the pop top when we looked previously, but looks helpful for when they’re old enough to know not to escape.

Thanks, had seen them and good to know you had good results with same age. They’re not available currently but there’s one on eBay so I’ll look to get that.

The price isn't particularly attractive but haven't found a better option for captain seats, and should at least get a few years out of it
