Has anyone had this happen? Just noticed that its rubbing on the outer most part of the rear of the van. You can see when you slide it carefully it is the door card on the inside of the door catching the bodywork. All the clips seem find and the pocket is tight. Do the rollers wear out enough to cause this? if so does anyone have the specific part number for the middle rollers??

The sliding door is adjustable, have a search on the forum.

It's just started happening though, the shut lines are all good so not sure the fix is to bring the lower or upper part of the door out.

Has anyone got a link to an online parts fiche for the Shuttle?

I’m pretty sure the adjustment doesn’t affect the shut lines.

I had this happen, the internal carpeted panel was rubbing on the rear quarter. Had to ad some self tapping screws in the centre of the panel as it was sticking out too far. This sorted the problem.
