Selling T6 Multivan interior

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for my first van, second hand, to convert into a camper. I found a very good offer, but it is a Multivan. But I don't need all the seats, wall covers and functions of the back interior. So if I buy it I would like to get rid of the whole interior from the back, basically turning it into plain van.

I wonder if it is possible and demanded to sell the whole the interior?

And how difficult could it be? What about some electric that I need to remove etc..

Hi AntonGangster welcome to the T6 Forum. I believe that the EU Multivan is the same as our Caravelle here in GB? Just wondering why you would take that option and then strip it out, I guess there must be some advantage in taking that option??

No, multivan and caravelle are different. I'm talking of this offer It is very rich.

And actually this rich multivan has the big disadvantage for me: much higher road tax in comparison with a plain cargo van (850 vs 150 euro/year) and probably the insurance too. And I will not use that back luxury interior at all.. That's why the idea is to buy it and then sell whole the interior and convert it into a plain van for a while. Yeah, that sounds stupid, but it is the life with the current laws..

We never got that layout in the UK. I guess it's left hand drive specific too as it's a single slider on the right hand side.

Seems a shame to rip it all out because it is so tidy and well appointed 4Motion too great. Black does not make the best colour for camping in my opinion unbearably hot in the summer as soon as the climate control switches off but I guess that you know that. The 204bhp T6 engines often have problems there are some large threads covering this on these pages. What ever you decide good look and look forward to hearing from you. Mine is a 2019 199bhp T6 Caravelle Executive 4Motion with 2 middle sliding doors leather interior and seating. with one more middle sliding door than what your looking at.
