Are you looking to replace all front seats or just the passenger? Is the drivers seat not suitable?
Oli at @BognorMotors would be a good guy to try. Lots of people on here have had the single passengers seats from him so could well be able to supply a drivers seat too.

I have a double heated front seat looking to replace for a single heated front if you could help ? Require arm rests too?
I have the seat, you would had to add the heated pad
I have a heated seat in Simora, but you would need to add the armrests.
