Scotchguard Or Similar Recommendation

My van is used for outdoor activities and I am concerned about mud getting onto the seats and particularly the cab carpet.

What is recommended and can be safely applied to the seats and carpet?

I appreciate I could get covers for the seats, and I may well do so, but for the carpet it's less easy.

Genuine seat covers all day long. Plus they can be purchased off @Pauly slightly cheaper than the dealership.

I have one of Vanstyle's premium carpet mats, because the same one lasted over 100k in previous van, and still looked like new when I sold the van.
