Road noise or not

Faint whump whump sound on front off side, sounds a bit like a flat tyre noise. Tyres good and correctly inflated, the sound doesn’t get louder the faster I go and no change on bends or roundabouts. If I put in neutral and open the window and free wheel the noise is the same .
Is it just rd noise​

Have you removed the tyres and checked them all over ?

Agreed, if they all look good swap front to rear and see if the noise changes.

No haven’t checked put Goodyear r17c van guard tyres on about 2000 miles ago, would you go back to to tyre garage to check them before a garage to check the bearings ?

I would remove each one and check the tread and side walls thoroughly.
As mentioned, if the noise persists then swap front and rear to see if it makes a difference.

Bearings should last longer than that - as posts above said, swapping wheels over to see if noise goes with sounds like a good suggestion - could easily be a tyre Issue.
