RIB 112 Sliding vs Smartbeds EVO II

Sorry, i know this gets all the time but couldnt fit a definitive post on it. I am looking at these two bed systems. The smartbeds is cheaper, has great reviews and is more local in the UK. But the RIB 112 can be bought with an extra sliding function, which sounds like a good idea for a SWB to create more space, either in the front, or in the back with a larger 'parcel shelf' when the chair is slid forward.

What do people recommend? I am having my kitchen built at Davenco, and they said they can't make a bed board when the RIB 112 slider is installed in the rear position, as it would foul the wheel arch?

Regarding the wheelarch: to get my Reimo 3000 slider to give me the best space, I adjusted the top of the wheelarch down. The installers wouldn’t do it, but they were happy to look the other way whilst I borrowed a block of wood and a big hammer. Standard operating procedure for some beds.

Edit for spellink

With the rear section of the bed folded away you get loads of room. Or have it down for a parcel shelf.
