Removing chrome grille trim

Anyone got any tips for removing caravelle chrome grille trims?

Which trim?

Upper or lower?

The lower is quite easy, if you start on the centre panel, put your finger through the grille at the edge of the panel, just above the strip and you should be able feel the tab on the strip - try and push that out, once you have the edge started you can work from the front as well - but you still need to be quite careful. With the centre off, you do the same on either side strip.

I want the top piece of chrome that goes above the badge, if you're removing it.

How did you get the badge off to paint it please.

Gental pursuasion. Removed 4 fixings from top of grill and pushed from back and it unclipps. Used a credit card to help lever it off.
