Hi Guys I don’t know if this has been done before but I found some years ago that if you’re van has a bulkhead it could be a pain to get long pieces of wood etc inside. So I cut a hole in the bulkhead ( mine is a plastic aftermarket type) and made up a removable panel which is slightly bigger than the cutout from plywood covered it on carpet trim. It has worked out very handy for transporting our tandem bicycle and I can even fit a length of kitchen worktop through by moving the passenger seat forward.
