Rear knock / rattle

I have a LWB Sportline & I’ve noticed a rattle / knock in the rear when hitting a pot hole or speed bump (at any speed) it seems like it’s coming through the floor . I have no deanding / insulation / ply down as yet so I’m wondering if it could be that. I also run 20” alloys with a low profile tyre
