Rear Ceiling Panel after poptop

What have people done for the ceiling section at the rear of the ceiling?

I'll be looking to mount some small speakers there, but looking for some inspiration.

I made some mounts from MDF to give me enough depth. Here they are before I finished the rest of the project.

Rear ceiling panel in. Vw courtesy light in place, and speakers installed. Speakers actually work, thanks again to this forum with the info. I’ll need to code the fader for when daughter doesn’t want to listen to our music!

Not at the moment, but it's just what you would see if you pulled the ceiling panel out of a T6.1
