Rear bumper ,what issit ?

HI all,i've seen this rear bumper on a transporter,& the seller has eluded to it being of Mercedes origin, does anyone have any ideas ?

It looks like the bottom half of a S206 (estate) C63 facelift model rear bumper joined to the top half of the original barn-door bumper, with tailpipes possibly taken from a diesel bentayga.
