Rear brakes

15000 miles and my rear pads are down to the metal ! Front ones have plenty on them .
Surely not right ?
Warranty issue ?

Hill assist might be sticking .
My last kombi only did 30,000 on rear fronts did about 65.000 .
Sure rears were sticking .
