Radio headaches

Hi I have a 2016 t6 highline and the dealer I bought it off put a 2019 Amarok radio in it he has coded the radio to work but can’t get the nav or app connect to work. Any ideas?

App connect and voice control are chargeable extras from VW.

What happens when you press the navi button.?

The maps come up but with a message asking for an activation code over it
