New to the T6 forum, so hello to everyone đź‘‹

I have an electrical issue on my T6.1 conversion which was converted last year but have an intermittent issue so difficult to understand the problem and a fix tbh.

We have a Powerpart PDU which has an earth leakage trip for the 240V sockets and microwave.

When plugged in intially to the site electrics all works ok until the next morning when even with the microwave disconnected it keeps tripping!

However only happened on two sites so far most sites are ok.

It could be condensation but just not too sure. Has anyone seen or had experience of this on this type of unit? If it is condensation at the socket point on the side of the camper how did you fix it?

Thanks in advance for any constructive feedback

Megger test the cable conductors insulation at 500v, make sure it’s disconnected at both ends and discharge the cable before re-use. Note that a new cable will be cheaper than buying a insulation tester.
Check plastic parts for cracks.
Try a different cable, borrow a neighbours before suspecting the van.

Got some pics of what we are looking at here?
