Power steering driving me crazy

Tried to do 3 point turn but power steering started to groan and intermittent work.fluids normal
Checked belt ,changed pump and rack
Still same problem.anybody any ideas

I have had a nightmare tracking down the judder and vibration in mine. Parts swapping galore! I have a feeling it’s either the rack or potentially the AC compressor could be sapping drive belt power and the new tensioner bounces a bit when AC is on.

Did you manage to track it down?

Some groan sounds are caused by the brake callipers and pads. Putting some copper grease on the back of pads can stop that. Of course, if the steering isn't working either than it won't be just pads.

Hi changed rack 2nd hand(because of cost and time) bit still juddering when on full lock
