Porte latérale probleme poignées T6

Bonjour j'ai un problème, enfin deux problème avec mes poignées de porte latérale sur mon multivan T6 de 2016 .
Elles sont très difficiles à ouvrir , est ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce soucis et si oui comment l'a t il résolu.

Hello, I have a problem, or rather two problems, with the side door handles on my 2016 T6 Multivan.

Do you have more details? Is the problem unlatching the door (when the door moves out) or sliding the door to the side? Are they electric opening or manual? Is the problem the same on both sides?

With more info and maybe photos people are more likely to be able to help

Salut désolé pour le manque de détails le problème vient à l'ouverture de l'exterieur ou de l'intérieur, c'est une ouverture manuelle et il faut tirer fort pour pourvoir l'ouvrir.

I’m more comfortable with French than most other languages but still pretty poor with that, Google translate is my friend.

So what would stop a door opening, assuming the handle is working correctly could the issue be with the rear swinging/rolling mechanism? Nobody had this issue?

Probably the bottom roller bearing has seized so instead of rolling you're dragging the whole weight of the door along the bottom runner. or even worse the bearing has collapsed is dragging along the metal of the bodywork.
Put your hand up under the bottom door bracket and feel the roller and move the door slightly and feel if the roller rotates or not.
It's a cheap and easy replacement.

As above, impossible to tell. That little white wheel you can see at the rear with the orange rust circle around it carries the weight of the door and has a sealed bearing in it. That bearing is the issue.
Just put a new bottom arm on it’ll save you the hassle of the door getting stuck if the current bearing collapses as mine did.

Bonjour, merci pour cette information j'ai vérifié mais ce n'ai pas ça. Le problème vient plutôt de la poignée ou du système d'ouverture, elle fonctionne mais ne se déclenche pas l'ouverture. Il faut tirer fortement sur la poignée pour pouvoir ouvrir l'ouverture. Si quelqu'un connaît le fonctionnement, j'ai vu une vidéo ou quelqu'un a resserré un câble dans la glissière supérieure mais je n'arrive pas à démonter la tole de protection qui est en place. Si vous avez des infos merci de me partager.
