Pop top bolt issue

Wondering if anyone has encountered anything similar to this before. Conversion is around 3 years old and the company have offered to resolve (FOC) but I'm a little concerned around the why its occurred, as well as what the resolution would/should be - as they seem to think its a quick fix.

So one of the rear bolts - I assume attached to the scissor hinge, appears to have moved backwards and caused the roof to almost flake up. Initially I thought it was the washer, till I poked a bit more and the paint started flaking off. Leaving what I have now in the picture.
The nearside bolt has moved a fraction - but doesn't seem to have had any downward movement (yet).

Compared to the rest of the conversion, the roof never seemed in the best condition - I don't want to sound like I'm smearing the company as they have been really good with other queries, even sending us items for free as we refined our set up.

So any ideas why it would have moved? The bolt is on tight!! Not really been subjected to any high winds. These are on the rear so I assume have less movement on the hinge than the front.

Appreciate any input.
