Find the fuse and disconnect the power to the switch or disconnect the tap switch under the tap.
Unless you can repair the tap switch you will probably need to replace the tap.

Bonjour! Sounds like either:
Un. the switch in the tap is short circuiting and constantly driving the pump
Deux there is a leak somewhere and the pump is not feeling the back pressure
