Hi all
I’ve got the built in diesel blow heater for when I’m off grid but was after some advice on any recommendations for a small plug in electric fan heater with a built in thermostat that I could use when on electric hookup.?
I just use a small oil filled radiator does the job fine and doesn’t take up much space either
Cost £23 eBay draws less power than a fan heater with built in thermostat

The thing for me is that the oil filled radiator heater still stays warm for a good bit of time when switched off at bed time, the oil takes time to cool down whereas the fan heaters are instant heat on/off.
Your paying for hook up so why not use it. even run the radiator heater all night with the built in stat set to low - keep chill away all night. Gas heating sand cost you more. But i get what your saying.
