Plastic trim above pedals

Just cleaning the van and I've noticed this plastic trim above the pedals moves about a lot.

Is this normal?

I noticed the same earlier this week, and seems to be normal. There are 2 screws attaching the trim to the steering column shroud, apart from that its just clips holding it in place.

Thanks. I couldn't see any obvious holes where screws could be missing but it seems quite rattly. I guess it's a feature
