Pioneer head unit

Good evening . I purchased my van from my father. This was a Swiss van spec 2018 t6
They fitted a pioneer avic z910- dab to it. It also had a rear Camera fitted .
I’ve no manuals but a couple of questions.

Noticed was mentioned issues with the stop start. What were they please?

Can I add Amps to it ?

Also how does it come out. Has what looks like a surround around it also. Where my finger points in pic.

Start by using a trim tool to prise out the surrounding trim containing the vents, then all should be revealed.
