Phone Volume

Hi

Just upgraded from the t5.1 to a t6. The phone links fine to the head unit, but even at full volume it is hard to have a conversation. It feels like i need to turn it up but i am at full volume. on the motor way it is so hard to hear any thing. I am assuming it is something in the settings but i have looked and can't find anything. Has anyone got any ideas please?

I’ve an iphone and every time I connect in my other van a Renault Master, I have to use the volume buttons on the phone to turn it up but on the phone screen it says bluetooth level it could be this?
