Peeling paint front bumper

Hi all
Has anyone got any advice for a new van owner? The paint is peeling away on the front bumper 2016 T6 (Trendline I think?!).

Is it a case of just lightly keying the surface, finding the right colour and spraying myself, or is there a better way to do this?
Apologies for such a basic question!

I did a quick search, but couldn’t find anything that looked relevant

it needs respraying at a proper paint shop. .


that looks like its been done back-street with rattle cans without the correct bumper preparation.
