If you remove it it will have the part number on it. These guards are not very strong and easily broken by driving through flood water.
If you are OK with tools you can straighten up the parts and use epoxy / fibreglass matting to make a repair, otherwise it’s a replacement.
The lower the van the more the risk of damage.
If it's not broken you can heat it with a hot air gun and slowly push it back into place, and then secure it with the original fixings or metal cable ties.
