P194500 fault code

Hi.

I've got a P194500 fault code. It started on a long journey last week. I deleted the code and the eml stayed off for the next 500 miles. I'm now getting the light pretty much every journey.
I've checked all the fuses and they're fine. I've tried activating the fan with the code reader and it doesn't work, double checked the code reader actually activates the fan on a friends van and it does.
Just wondered if anyone has had this before? I suspect it's the fan but Id like to be sure.

Possibly the fan but check the fuses and relay. Does the fan run constantly?

The fan doesn't run at all. I have power on the larger gauge cable. I've checked the ground from the fan to the chassis leg, it's clean.

Ok you need to test the relay and trigger wires to the fan but sounds like the fan pack is dead
