So, it's coming to that time of year the van sits outside through the brutal winter (and I live on the coast).

Does anyone use an outdoor covering for their van when it's sat on the drive? How do you find it?

There is also a part of me that thinks it will just call the vehicle out.

Reading around a bit it seems its not throw it on and ultimate protection. Must be clean or mat scratch. Cover must be removed regularly. It doesn't like a wet vehicle.

Anyway, any interested in any experiences. Probably over protective.

Hi

I purchased the JustKampers "Luxury breathable" cover. Still available on there website. It is a tight fit, that's due to the van having spoiler kit etc. However fits secure with two straps going driver to passenger and one strap full length. The two occasions I did use it I had no issues, the van was washed and dried before fitting, it was on the vehicle for two week periods at a time as I work away. However, the misses wasn't happy because the van needed to be parked in front of the front window to get all around the van when fitting. So, it is in the shed doing nothing at the moment. Not sure where you are, I'm in Liverpool/ StHelens. It is available?????

Cheers

I have a "StormShield +" cover from Specialised Covers for my motorbike. Know of a few people who have their covers for their caravans.
Excellent quality.
Made to order.
Lined. Variety of colour options.
Not the cheapest out there, by any means, but you get what you pay for.
