Oem alarm trigger remote indication?

Hi, does anyone know of a suitable unit for interfacing with the oem alarm system to provide a remote notification that the alarm has been triggered. Have a tracker already but would like an indication prior to the van being moved outside the geofence. TIA

Certainly on the 6.1 if you have the full paid access to the VW app (about £60 a year) you get a notification on your phone if the alarm has been triggered.

You can also trigger the alarm remotely to put the wind up an ne'er do wells sniffing about, lock and unlock it remotely, etc.

Maybe not the answer you're looking for but I use a hue motion sensor which covers me for alerts at home. Also has the added bonus of a temperature sensor so if it's really cold in the morning I just hit the remote on the deisel heater 20 minutes before setting off.

Thanks! Good idea for when it's on the drive, could put a ring sensor in there and add it to my garage alarm
