Mine were the same, took a sledge hammer to remove them in the end. Plenty of copper grease before refitting and hopefully next time round it should be a bit easier
Had mine off this week too to swap my wheels round. New 3 ton trolley jack at the ready! Mine exactly the same. Had problems with getting alloys off before so had my big rubber paving mallet ready. Loosened the wheel bolts a few turns and a couple of bumps freed the wheel. Cleaned up with fine wire brush and applied copper grease. Another preventive maintenance area on the van - wouldn't fancy swapping a corroded-on wheel at the side of the road on the standard van jack!
