NIGHTMARE! Alpine Halo iLX-F115D!!

Has anybody had problems with their Alpine Halo iLX-F115D 11 or 9 causing faults to their ACC and front assist becoming unavailable?

Currently have a 21 t6.1 with the "Discover Media" unit and Digital Dash.

In the two months I've had it, it's been with VW three times. They're apparently done updates to it that were outstanding, doesn't change the following issues:

- if left for considerable time (overnight) booting up of the system can take up to 20 minutes, more likely 5-10mins. Holding down the power does not force a restart in this situation.

-WeConnect cannot assign a Primary User (keeps saying contact customer support) it's been with their connectivity team now for 3 weeks. I get standard "we'll come back to you...

I’ve just fitted a Halo 9” to my T6 and the ACC still works fine.
