New Wheels And B14 Fitted

I've just put the new wheels on, after having the B14 fitted last week.



Wheel specs for those that are interested:

19x8.5 Gunmetal Bola B1 rated to 815Kg fitted with 245/45 102 Kumho KU39 tyres.
Front ET is 40, rear ET is 30.

I'm pleased with the result.
The different offsets work well and the finish of them looks great in real life.

I agree about the offset, it's a good way to keep the same width wheels, but still fill out that rear arch like yours is and mine isn't, even though mine are also 8.5x19" with the difference that mine are ET45 all round.
All these little details help to find that perfect sizing in different wheels, and it seems you've hit the nail on the head with correct offsets imo.

I didn’t realise that the B1’s stuck out past the tyres though, my Mrs would destroy those within a week.

Thanks @vw-me, they do stick out but if you look at the back you see that it's only slightly. Also the bit that sticks out is quite a long way from the edge so unlikely to catch a kerb.
