I’ve recently returned to Wales. I’ve spent 26 years in Australia.
Bought a new T6.1 150PS SWB Panel Van to convert.
Want to get a decent quality pop top w bed and create a U shaped layout if possible.
Joined this forum to learn & develop a good strategy with great products & suppliers.

I went to the NEC last week. I wanted to see some L & U shaped layouts but could only find rock n roll bed type. Happy to share progress once I start. Van has been ok so far. Had an engine light come on at 151m which VW fixed under warranty. Was a faulty NOX sensor. Been fine since and is averaging 44.7mpg

You should go to see Cascade Conversions in Talbot Green. We didn't go with them in the end for our conversion, but they do some impressive work and seem to specialise the the U shaped layout.
