New battery, now leisure battery devices are dead

Our main van battery was changed last week as part of a routine service and I’ve now noticed that everything that should be running off of our leisure battery is now dead…

I’ve checked the fuses etc and all seem fine so looking for any recommendations on troubleshooting before I get someone who knows what they’re doing to take a look!

Post some pics of your system, both batteries and one of the clever peeps on here will spot if it’s anything obvious

Sounds like whoever changed your main battery hasn't reconnected the DC>DC cable. When you lift the bonnet do you see any cable unconnected near the main battery?
