MPPT placement / Company to Rewire

I already wasn't greatly happy with the placement of an MPPT on having a new solar installed. Essentially stuck onto my existing audison amp that you can see in photo (under drivers seat). Already under there were the amp, battery, ctek (used as a dc-dc), a fuse set and various other cables.

A very long story short, the battery/ amp etc was done by one company, the MPPT and solar by another (once they realized the ctek wasn't compatible with the solar they added the MPPT).

Under my passenger seat is a full sized sub.

My solar was taking charge to the leisure incorrectly (very minimal) I opened up below seat and the MPPT pictured was making a high pitch sound, unplug the solar from it and sound stops. Incredibly hot as you can imagine. I've not got round to testing everything but my assumption is either the MPPT is overheating or at worse broken.

I believe it's clear to me (with no real knowledge here) that it's too packed under the seat, and id like to find a professional reasonably locally to Reading who can rewire / relocate and possibly diagnose if the MPPT is the issue. Maybe the sub will draw the short straw and need to be moved.

Anyone know of anyone, I've been recommended Windrush in Oxfordshire other than that Im happy to take recommendations?

.... And of course opinions of what you are seeing

If you're near Reading then forum trade regular @Absolut5 comes to mind down towards Salisbury.

In the interim what catches my eye is the partial shrouding of the main positive terminal of the leisure battery. There's a lot of grounded seat base and metal brackets near it, would be good to protect it a bit more.
