Hi all, I recently bought the Mobiframe 126cm seat/bed, floor with four rails and the (madly expensive) Table, with fold out leaves.
Well, in the SWB VW Transporter (T6.1) the table hasn't enough room to be fitted, once the bed is extended.
This isn't mentioned in paperwork (not that I can find) and it renders the table rather useless.
1K is way too much for such a niche item, IMO, and once you have a kitchen, you can't use the table on the driver side rails and nor can you use it on the passenger side rails, once the table leaves are opened (unless the side door is open).
In order to get any functionality, you will need a six rail floor and a long wheelbase van (I'm assuming the extra 400mm or so is carried over to the floor area).
I think these points should be mentioned when (before) purchasing them.
Mobiframe have done a decent job on the bed and the quality seems okay, but for high end and costly products, I'd like a bit more support.
Not sure whether anyone else has encountered any issues but I'd love to hear about them.
Just FYO, my table doesn't fully lock into the floor tracks, I spoke to Camper Warehouse, where I purchased the item, they told me that they will collect the table and table a look at it, if it's faulty, they will replace it for me... let's see how that goes.
