Camper Warehouse...

I recently purchases a Mobiframe floor, triple seat/bed and Mobiframe table from Camper Warehouse, for around £5.5K, a considerable sum I think.

The floor was delivered in a reasonable time frame, along with the grossly inflated priced Mobiframe table (not Camper Warehouses fault).

Since about three weeks now, I have been trying to get them to commit to a delivery date for the three seater bed. I've already paid for everything so I feel I have little leverage now, but I keep getting told that the bed is due in and can I call back? This is getting a bit old now.

The guys in the warehouse who I've been dealing with, are nice enough and I think they're doing their best to help, but I get the impression that they are in the dark as much as I am.

In hindsight, I wish I'd just paid the deposit and settled up once the items arrived, and I think that would be the advice I'd give to anyone else doing business with them.

Let's hope things change for the better, but it's not a good look when your customers have to chase you every few days for updates.

Can you give them a date you are willing to wait until (end of the month?) and get a refund?
Did you pay by credit card?

Tell them you have holidays booked in the van and you'll have to cancel if the seat/bed isn't with you before that date.
If you've given them plenty of time to deliver (assuming you were made aware of timescales at the time of order?) I'd start looking towards a refund.

I’m having mobiframe fitted by knights in our van and they told me the suppliers in Poland are notorious for missing dates. It’s likely out of camper warehouse hands, but maybe putting a deadline on it will force the suppliers hand?

Hi Ralpher,

Would you be able to amend your post please and remove Campervan Warehouse's name please, we do not sell mobi frame or parts and have not supplied your order.
I think the company you have meant to tag is Camper Warehouse in Warwick. Thank you for your understanding and best of luck sorting your problem out.
